All orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase (excluding weekends and holidays). You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. Orders can also be tracked on our website using the order number.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and resend your order if necessary.
Please notify us of address changes within 24 hours of purchase if your order hasn't shipped yet. Once shipped, address changes cannot be made.
