At Sweet Glow, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds, except in limited circumstances described below.

When Returns Are Not Accepted
  • All regularly priced items after purchase.
  • Clearance or final sale items.
  • Products opened or used by the customer.
Exceptions (Defective or Damaged Items)

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review the case and may, at our discretion, offer a replacement or refund.
